am 2. wochenende spielte "avatar” anno dazumal 75 millionen dollar ein, bei "the avengers” sind es nun 103 millionen und nachdem er bereits das erfolgreichste startwochenende ever hingelegt hatte, ist der superhero–film bestens auf kurs um "avatar" als erfolgreichster film abzulösen – zumindest in den usa, denn in europa haben jene filme meist einen schwereren stand. mit 103 millionen dollar umsatz überrascht es also nicht, dass "the avengers" auch diesmal wieder auf der 1 der us–weekend–box office–charts landete. auf der 2 ist "dark shadows" – ein neueinsteiger – vom dream–trio tim burton, johnny depp und helena bonham carter: der film spielte 28.8 millionen dollar ein. schon alleine das cast ist mehr als beeindruckend: johnny depp, anne hathaway, helena bonham carter, christopher lee, stephen fry um nur einige zu nennen, und dann wäre natürlich noch tim burton als regisseur. bei solch grossen namen kann eigentlich schon gar nichts mehr schief gehen! nach den ersten bildern ist nun auch ein erster teaser veröffentlicht worden, und der zeigt: typisch tim burton, fantasievoll, aufwendig produziert und man möchte am liebsten schon das kino stürmen... doch leider wird "alice in wonderland" erst im nächsten jahr zu uns in die kinos kommen – geduld meine lieben....
