Watch: Profi-Footballer Carl Nassib spendet nochmals bis zu 200'000$ an das Trevor Project
Kurz vor Ende des Pride Month meldet sich der schwule NFL-Footballspieler Carl Nassib bei Instagram zu Wort und erklärt, weshalb der Juni so wichtig für ihn ist. Um queere Jugendliche, welche mit ihrem Coming Out hadern, zu unterstützen, gleicht er sämtliche Spenden an die LGBTI+ Organisation Trevor Project mit bis zu 100'000 Dollar aus.
Die Botschaft von Carl Nassib bei Instagram:
"I want to wish everybody a happy Pride month. I also want to remind people why Pride is important to me: out there right now there's a kid saying that I'd rather be dead than be gay. And that's why I'm partnering again with The Trevor Project, and matching all donations up to $100,000. I really hope you guys join me in supporting this awesome organization and supporting these young kids."

Bereits im vergangenen Jahr, als Carl Nassib sein eigenes Coming out während dem Pride Month hatte, spendete er 100'000 US-Dollar an das Trevor Project.
